The renovated and tastefully furnished holiday apartment Casa Stefanie lies in a quiet, sunny hillside position in Carmine near Cannobio – with its own Mediterranean garden, pergola and wide views of Lake Maggiore and the mountains.
On around 55 m² on the ground floor you will find a living/dining room with a fully equipped kitchenette, a bedroom and a bathroom. Outside, a 200 m² garden with lawn and a 30 m² veranda are yours – perfect for breakfast in the sun and long evenings overlooking the water.
Free parking, Wi-Fi, air conditioning and an EV charging station are available. Walking and hiking trails start right at the house, and the bay of Carmine is just a few minutes away on foot.

Between Cannobio and Cannero Riviera
Carmine lies on the western shore of Lake Maggiore between Cannobio and Cannero Riviera, both about 5 minutes away. Cannobio, with its picturesque lakeside promenade, harbour, cafés, restaurants and the well-known Sunday market, is only 3 km away. The Swiss border and Ticino are also close by.
Getting here: From Cannobio drive south on the SS34 to Carmine Inferiore. Right after the “Carmine Inferiore” sign, turn right into the steep private road Via alla Traversa leading up to the houses of Carmine.

Where exactly is Casa Stefanie located?
In Carmine, a quiet hamlet of Cannobio on the western shore of Lake Maggiore (Piedmont, Italy). Cannobio and Cannero Riviera are about 5 minutes away by car, and the bay of Carmine is only around 400 m below the house.
How many guests can stay?
Up to 4 guests: one bedroom with a double bed (180 × 200 cm) and a sofa bed (160 × 200 cm) in the living/dining area. The apartment is also suitable for families with a baby.
How much does it cost per night?
€145 per night in high season (April – September) and €130 in low season (October – March). Tourist tax, final cleaning and linen package are included. Minimum stay is 7 nights.
Is there parking and an EV charger?
Yes, free parking is available, plus a charging station for electric cars (€0.50 per kWh).
Are pets allowed?
Yes, a pet fee of CHF 40 applies. Please let us know which pet you are bringing when you enquire.
Can I bring my boat?
Yes. We rent out a mooring buoy in the bay of Carmine – €10 per day for guests of Casa Stefanie. The slipway is to the left of Cannobio harbour.
